Slow tablet

i just got it and updated it, JPN version, i dont know if that is japan or whatever. But the tablet is so slow and lags like hell. Any ideas whats wrong? i already rooted and formated and nothing helped

Yes' updated to latest update ad rooted with costume recovery. The tablet was slow before update and root too. Antutu benchmark is 17900, the GPU test has very low fps. I am on 4.1.1. Now. I really wish we had costume ROM for this. Also play store is so damn slow
