SmartBook SmartPad UMTS - won't work after reset all settings.

Hello.
I've got a Tablet - SmartBook SmartPad UMTS with 3G modem inside and Android Froyo 2.2 - it has also Tegra 2 chipset inside.
The problem is i can't boot tablet it stuck on black screen and nothing more.
I do a hard reset setting tablet then tablet turn off and i can't boot it again.

There is any solution to hard reset (key combination) or other idea?

There will be a trick when the tablet boots to put in newer Android version ? Like Gingerbread or even ICS. (running Tegra 2 so i think its possible)

The factory of this tablet does not give any support...

I pray to found way to turn on this ****.
