Stock TF300 - Best Video Camera App with increased frame rate.

I want to do some frame grabs of motion video, but they are always blurry, using the stock video camera app. Is there a better video camera app that offers higher frame rates?

The frame rate is controlled by hardware so I don't think any app would solve that problem.
