Hey guys, an anyone tell me if this is designed for resistive or capacitive screens?

This is for capacitive screens. Can't say if it is any good. Capacitive screens in general aren't very good for using a stylus and there are many differences between them. Unfortunately the best way to find out what works for you is usually to try several different models. Try searching, there is a thread where one member of the forum has detailed 3 or 4 different models they have used and their impressions of each.

I've found so far that the rubber tipped models are really useless for anything but tapping as there seems to be too much friction, but there are a number available that seem to use a cloth or silk (according to some manufacturers) and these work far better. I've been quite happy with the Pogo Sketch as it has one of the smaller heads that I have seen. Works well with both my Galaxy Tab 7 plus and Transformer.
