super pad 10.2 flytouch2

Hi everyone
I am new to this forum so please excuse my mistakes
I have a super pad 10.2 flytouch2 bought it from china It doesnt work at all when I open it it only shows a green thing on the display and stops there.
Is there any one that can help?

I just recieved mine today. Had to charge it first. quite simple to use. Press Power on button then button on right of screen first.

I gave mine a 6 hour charge to make sure, switched on, it got so far and stuck, tried approx 6 times each time hitting the reset button on the bottom. Evetually it booted and works fine, mind you this is the third one had to return two
