supersonic sxc-91jb problem

I have a problem, cannot find any user manual for my pad, it did not come with one. The pad is fully charged, the white supersonic screen comes up and then the black screen with the "android" word comes up and the tablet will not load any further, there is a reset button on the bottom of the pad next to the "home button" and I have used a pin to press that, but it does not help.. Does anyone have any ideas? thanks. I have e mailed the web site help desk and they do not answer. Thanks....

I have model sc-91jb. I had to connect my USB cable to my laptop from tablet, then press power key and hold reset button down. This worked for me hope it does you.
