Please help!!! I have searched forums after forms without an answer. I bought
my 9 year old niece this tablet for her bday. She opened it herself and brings it to me a week later and asks for help with it..,I turn it on it goes to home screen and ... That's about all it does.. touch screen is not responding...I tried to manually reset it by holding the two buttons and touching the screen all I seem to get is the info tech screen for awhile then it boots on... I doubt she set up it correctly or calibrated the screen....

A common problem, just upload the os right into it and problem solved; read the forum to learn how to do it

Try to search over this forum how to update your tab, its on the sticky notes, its very easy, when you'll look for it and read it,

You have to use your finger nails to work the touch screen. The flat back of your fingers works best.
