A friends dad bought two of these tablets for their kids(two tablets), and were gonna go to the GeekSquad to have them set them up.
Told them I could do it, as I am pretty tech savvy.
Well, booted one up, messed around with it, went over to the web browser, and well, installed Google Play.
It was open for a few seconds until it just crashed, and took me back to the home-screen. while at the home-screen, I tried locating the Google Play icon, but couldn't find it, and then suddenly, the device just turned off.
I tried holding the menu button, the power button, holding both buttons and touching the screen at the same time, and nothing sadly.
Before I even touch the other tablet, I wanna know if the first can be fixed, in any way?
