Hello Everyone,
I am a new member and thanks for creating such a good technical site.
Background:
Tablet has been functioning properly for a year. No virus, malware, spyware identified in my scans. I keep it clean and updated.
Issue:
As of this morning when I powered on my Tablet it froze during the boot up cycle. I have retried this several times doing a hard reboot(10sec power button hold down). It still freezes at the same spot during boot up cycle..just after the SAMSUNG Logo screen.
I have also tried a full battery drain and then a reboot when plugged in. Same issue as above occurs.
I cannot get any access to tablet functions as it freezes during Start up boot cycle.
Resolution:
Well I am looking for any help in resolving this issue.
