tablet freezes when starting up

I have the same problem. I just got this alphapad from lightinthebox today and after i shut it down and tried turning it on again it hung on the screen that said android. So I tried resetting it and now it hangs on a small penguin sitting on the upper left hand side of the screen. If you've fixed this problem please let me know!

I have chines android Tablet with OS android 2.3 Model 97CU. Now it is freezed on start up. Please help me solving this problem. I think its operating system has problem can any body provide me with Android OS 2.3 and uploading procedure
