Tablet Hangs While Obtaining IP Address

I have ZEKI Tablet TB782B that hangs on trying to obtain IP Address connecting to a wifi.
I know this must be a common issue however no answers seem to work.

That is such a common problem, along with others related to WiFi connectivity issues I have a thread dedicated to trying to find solutions. You'll find a link in my signature.

With that said, does this also happen at a public hotspot or at a friend's house? You also may want to restart your router.
