Tablet No Longer Connects To Computers

I recently got my first tablet, an SB-86BT android tablet. At first, it had no problem connecting to my home and work computers, but after a couple of weeks, it now tells me Driver is unavailable. I tried to find a driver online, but no luck...

I had been able to xfr pics to it, but no more...

Suggestions?

It was an anniversary gift from my employer, mfr is Sharperview...

BTW If all you need to do is xfr pics to the tablet, copy them to a micro SD card on a computer, and then plug the card into your tablet.
