Tablet Stuck On Android Boot Screen

Hello, I bought my nephew a chinese tablet for christmas, it was working fine till this week now it's just stuck on Android boot screen. We have tried the reset button and holding the power button and volume button but still it dosen't work. The seller won't respond.

As no one of us isn't a real tech person we dont know what to do. Could anyone please suggest anything?

Hi zunaine, welcome to the forum. Nice of you to become a member of Android Tablets. I'd suggest you try a factory reset: http://www.androidtablets.net/forum/android-tablet-q/62022-how-do-i-factory-reset-my-tablet.html

If there are no instructions there specifically for your tablet, try some of the methods for other tablets. One of them will probably work and you won't hurt anything by trying.

Tried everthing, nothing helped
