tablet want boot

I have a 7"cpu800/2G/256mb and it is stuck on the android guy..The screen says android OS 2.2, kernel 2.6.32, build number V1.3.1...It worked yesterday but today it want do anything, if someone could please help me out, that would be very greatful

I just purchased the 10" Google Android 4.0 superpad. When I first turned it on it seemed to work fine. A short while later the screen went black. Now it will not turn off and all I can get on the screen is ANDROID. It is scrolling like it is trying to load but nothing happens. It has been stuck like this for a while. Any suggestions?
