TEL7J Tablet - Reset or Override Password

I bought my daughter the TEL7J tablet last xmas. It was workign really well for her, until she decided to put a password on it. We have try over 200 times, however, to no avail. WOuld anyone have any suggestions to override the password or reset the password, please?!

Hi bensonbuu, I just purchased the tel9c, same thing happened...
To get into mine, pressing the on button and volume rocker at the same time worked. It takes you into the operating system and you can delete the password.
