Telefunken 7" with cam Unlock?

Hi!

I got my daughter a Telefunken Tablet and she has used pattern to lock the device. Unfortunately she has forgotten the unlock pattern. Several failed attempts and now it states the this was attempted too many times. It is possible to unlock with a google account; I used my account details with no success as it is unknown to the device. Pleas help.
