I tried this ROM but hungs up on installation... Installation hungs up on uboot upgrading....then no response from the unit.

Is it possible to have the following added?
1. 3G SUPPORT : WMCDA HUAWEI E220,E230, E169g,E160x,E1750
-Some users find this useful for mobility - where WIFI is not available.
2. APPLE ICONS? - would be very nice.

I would have opted for the later versions but this is the only version that worked with my pad (WMT2.1_88 per OEM build).

This ROM isn't working for me. It installed just fine and it boots up to a "Welcome to xFlytouch" screen but when I touch the android to begin, it crashes and goes back to the welcome screen. Any tips?

Well gave it a go and it installed perfectly. Didnt know what app to run so i chose Home++ which is pretty impressive.

Theres just 2 things id like to know which are;
Can i hibernate the tablet without damaging it?

is there a way to speed up the boot time?

Tipster, the mod rocks! i got a mid epad for my wife off craigslist for christmas. The only problem i have is that when i go to open market it tries to engage 3g not the DSL so no market. Any ideas how to work around?

O.K. I've downloaded this mod but I can't seem to find a proceedure on how to flash. Is it as simple as putting the file on my SD card (root), pressing the power button while holding the volume + button for 5 seconds and letting it go? I apologize if it's out there but I can't find it anywhere.

I think I just "bricked" it. It goes through the set-up quite well, then when it switches screens to:

Erase File-System partition ......

--> Erase File-System partition Fail! Exit!
Maybe the kernel don't support this NAND Flash

What do you think? Did I brick it? if I remove the SD, it wont boot. I tried to rename the script to xscript and it just sits there. It wont even boot.

This sucks. Oh well​

What about pads that don't have a volume button?
