TKPN Podcast saying Hi!

I'm a multiple podcast host that is using the SD Card CM7 on my beloved Nook Color. (Yes, I still like being able to use the standard Nook Color.) I am a total noob and not really sure exactly what I'm doing so any and all assistance is appreciated. I don't want to tweak or uber-perform...just get access to some of those apps I've heard about and can't get on my horribly under-performing droid phone.
