too many pattern problem ( inix NTB701) please help

too many pattern problem
i open tablet it using A13 chip.
A73_V4 20012/8/10 writing on bord

i try to hard reset by key combination vol up,power it came Android red trangle. not come recovery mode.
also using reset pin same. i think must flashing but where i can found rom & flasher?

please give some way??
