Trouble streaming tv shows?

I've been having problems watching streamed tv shows from sites like ABC.com. I've tried both the stock browser as well as Dolphin. It gets to the loading screen - but never processes beyond that. I do not believe it is my internet connection, as I have no problem streaming these shows on a laptop. Also, Hulu/Netflix work great on the VTab as well. Anyone else looked into this?

I have not installed the Adobe Flash application, as my understanding was we did not need it, and it was a resource killer.

Any thoughts?

I just finished streaming a few minutes of "Last Man Standing" on my Vtab with the factory browser and looks Great. I don't know if it makes a difference but I installed Adobe Air when I downloaded Watch ESPN app and also have Verizon Fios Internet. Hope that helps.
