Owdo! a newbie is asking the following.
Scenario: Have galaxy wifi 5.0 on firmware 2.2.2 would like gingerbreag (or whatever) update.
Have down loaded gb and also the required YG 70G -14 TAR FILE needed to facilitate upload ,whilst windows (7) will open ginge it will not recognise YG-70 file. Mmm! techies I am at a loss.
perhaps someone could guide in the usuall idiot fashion reserved for happy amatuers like me.
