Upload files on Android MID tablet. Looking for options

I want to upload my ebooks on the tablet.
Trying to figure out, what might be the way to do it.

1) FIRST PROBLEM - to connect to my PC and just upload: no drivers for PC to recognize the Android device. Does anybody know, where to get thouse?? My tablet is MID EM-71

2) Can I browse files on Android "hard drive" or whatever it has at all? Because ES File Manager refers to SD, FTP and etc. but not to a hard drive, which is strange...

3) Any other easy way to upload files and update files on Android??

I'll takea shot at this.aa. on my tablet (different than yours). I just connect to my pc with a usb cable and it sees my tablet as a disk drive, so I just copy my files. I think I could also take the tf card out and plug it into a usb adapter and plug it into the pc as a flash drive and copy into the appropriate folder.
