Versus/CNM 9 Touchpad Problem

if this is in the wrong place please could you point me in the right direction i bought this tablet to find it was locked out with pattern attempt i got it to recovery page i think but its all in Chinese which looks like this

if anyone could please help i hate feeling ripped off and this tablet was for my daughter i have tried to get back in touch with the person i got it from but there mobile is now just going to answering machine i have tried getting in touch with the company that make them but they are in administration so please please please help sorry if i have posted in the wrong thread but i'm female and understanding all these tech sites is just mind boggling
