Videos wont play on Android tablet..

Hi,
I recently bought a CRM touchpad 9 tablet. I transferred videos onto it but they wont play, i keep getting the error message Video problem - Cant play this video. I have downloaded a few different players to see if it was a case of finding the right player... but none of them work. Can anyone suggest anything ? Thanks

Welcome to the forum.

You may be a little shy on an important stat. What type of video? Optimally they should be MP4 but MX Player will play nearly anything you can toss its way. The problem may come from the way the video was created, (converted). MKV files can be a problem on some hardware.

Movie/Video extension:
- Navigate using file manager to the movie/videos files.
- Locate the movie/video as you will see, example Xxxxx.mp4
- That movie/video will be mp4 format.

I believe you using CNM 9 Touchpad running Arm8, but seem no codec for Arm8 ( I believe you don't understand what I'm talking about )

i shutdown and restarted and it still never worked. The files are Avi. A couple of the files do work on the tablet, the rest dont. I do have the manual yes.
