I have been on the Samsung support chat for hours and am so frustrated. When I bring up the screen keybard, the microphone is missing between the search and the space bar. Voice command is enabled. Google voice is installed. The voice command works with the student model keyboard that came with the tablet. There is a key with the microphone beween the manifying glass and the space bar on the keyboard dock.

Chat support has told me:

1) You shouldn't have updated your tablet because it does not support this feature.
Me:It came out of the box this way just 2 days ago.
2) Google voice is not installed and the feature will not work without it.
Me: I installed google voice and it still doesn't work.
3) That feature is not supported by your tablet.
Me: The feature settings are there and it works when it is docked.
4) Use the voice command only when it is docked then.
Me: Is that the best you can do?
5) Chat ended by support help.......not even a good bye.

Is there some setting I am missing? Is there an update that I can do? I am not expecting to use this feature that much, it is just that I use it on my android phone and was looking for it on the tab, when I didn't find it I became curious. My concern it that this is a sign there is somthing wrong with the OS and I need to take some action. As I said, I have only had it two days. Any help that can be provided would be greatly appreciated, I really don't want to return to chat help.

Thank you,
Julie
