voice recognition

Hello,

I had an android phone and loved the way i could talk into it and it would turn it into text.

I am looking for a tablet that would do the same thing, but with all the different ones i want to make sure I get the right one.

I tried it on my PC and it was very inacurate, the droid phone was great so i wanted just a bigger version of that. Looking for advice? I might have to look at the ipad though? or ipod touch? not sure thats why i'm asking

either the iPad or I touch will run the app by Nuance for speech recognition. They must have access to the Internet to do this though, as it runs through their servers.
