After 3.2 update Satellite view won't zoom in

After the 3,2 update the maps application shows the satellite view but the stretch gesture won't zoom in beyond the initial size. Same for map views.

Anyone else seen this problem? I'm sure I used to be able to zoom in before.
I haven't tried clearing the cache yet.

What about zooming web pages? Does that work?

Have you powered the tablet all the way off, and rebooted?

Only the standard map/location application was affected. Clearing the cache did the trick and I can zoom in to my garden again!

Incidentally I don't find the zoom to fill screen tool much use - it seems to reduce the image quality badly.
