hi,got this 7" tablet from ebay,plays video all choppy tried flv, mpeg,mks,avi.tried some games but does not work,when turning on says os 2.2 but looked in the table info it says 1.6,can any one tell me more info on this tablet,and if is indeed 1.6 can it be upgraded?

that is an android 1.6 based device. sorry, but it seems you've been lied to. i would report the seller if at all possible for misrepresenting merchandise.

in the future, when looking at low- to mid-level tablets, i would do a little more research into more reputable manufacturers/dealers.
