What to do with the battery

I have a Kyros MID 7015 and was wondering if it was better on the battery and/or tablet to let the battery run completely down and then charge it or let it run down to about 20-25% and then do a charge?

The battery in a Kyros will be damaged if you drain it completely. I'd stop at around 10% if I were you.

Thanks Spider. I wasn't sure. It ran out of juice last night and that got me to thinking maybe I shouldn't let it drain all the way.
