Which ROMS support Flash?

Can someone list the ROMS that support Adobe Flash videos?
I'm looking for the smoothest and fastest running one since all I do is watch online videos and surf on my nook. Please suggest one and where to find it.

They all (CM7) support flash, but you would be best served using a nightly greater than 200 or the last stable (7.1). They can be found here:
