White screen - Kyros 7020

Hi everyone, im having a problem with my kyros. It doesnt dectect the usb cable neither the computer. Every time i conect it to my laptop via usb cable...it simply does nothing, but when i do it with the tablet turned off, i got a white screen. I mean, the tablet works fine except for this, any solution?

I assume you have set the USB port to 'Host Mode" from 'Device Mode" in the settings>advanced settings menu. This is how my 8024 works not sure about 7020...
