i have china tablet model NetPad A91.. i want to upgrade it.. how? i go to system update and no respond given.. i also dont know what is suitable rom for hacking.. help!!

I hate to say this but welcome to the world of the Shangzai unsupported tablet. Firmware is designed for each device. There may be a compatible Community firmware, but be aware. If you try to just update/upgrade without research. you will likely brick your unit
My advice: Get to know your tablet as is. Do your research and then consider updating. If you try without knowledge or skill, then it is a gamble and potential for bricking.

I have the same build and model, have no idea whom the manufacturer is and do not advise upgrading until you find the right upgrade (firmware or rom), you will brick it!!!!! If the tablet is what it says it is, then based on the cpu and radio capability it should handle 3.0 and maybe 4.0, now that would really be nice!

finally found the solution press menu and power button tablet goes in recovery mode wipe full factory tablet power on and working fine
