Wi-Fi Missing Mac Address (After reflashing to ruixing

after flashing "Wi-Fi Mac Address is unavailable how do i solve this? my older version is Yuixing and after flashing it was Ruixing
anyone here have the Yuixing FW and how do i get back my mac address i cannot seem to connect to a wifi network
