WIFI Connection Problem, HELP!!!

Hi,
I have a Chinese NO NAME 10.2 Tablet PC V200-300.
My Tablet can find a local WIFI connection but it can't connect even if if I'm 2 inches away from my wireless router.
Up until two days ago it worked fine.
I have even tried connecting to my HTC smartphone wifi network.
The ethernet connection works fine.
Any ideas how to get my tablet working again?
