Wifi Failed in Ramos W27

Hello everyone!

First I apologize if my English is not correct since I'm from Spain and not mastered the language well haha and for this very reason I have not been able to use the forum search option to find my problem with the tablet.

I have a tablet Ramos W27 10.1 purchased in February of this year, has gone perfectly, I see videos downloaded PDF, and other games and never gave me problems, but a few days to WIFI failed today, tells me that this activating wifi device but never activated, so it does not find any wifi network, I have not installed any new application is more, I put the tablet factory and the error continues.

Could anyone help me?

jaja thanks for the compliment truth I had to help with the translator xD

Get repair the wifi, was as easy as pressing the stop button and hold for 10 seconds and force a shutdown, the start and it worked!
