I purchased a 10.2'' Google Android 2.2 FLYTOUCH III Superpad tablet and have been trying to connect to wifi over my secure wireless network. To connect my tablet I have to open my wireless network, which I obviously don't won't to do. I have tried connecting with an open network and then changing it back to a secure network but wifi drops out immediately.

When I try to connect with WPA-PSK it will say that it is authenticating, then disconnects and disables my connection.

Can anyone suggest why it am not able to connect via a secure network and what I can do to rectify the problem?

I know there is no issue with the secure wifi network as my laptop is connected without any problems.

Thanks

BTW - I can only do basic computer stuff so anything techy will need a full explanation.

I connect using WPA-PSK with no problems at all, this may sound like a stupid question but you are entering the wireless pass key correctly?
