Window N90 stopped working/cant turn on

Hi there.

My less than 2 weeks old Window N90 has developed a problem.

Yesterday I got the warning up to say the battery ws getting low and needs charging so I turned the tablet off and put it on charge, I checked just before I went to sleep and It said the battery was charging and was at 50%

This morning I have come to check the tablet and it is dead.

I cannot turn the tablet on at all??

can you suggest anything please as I am not very impressed!!!!
