WOPAD IP703 anyone?

Anyone know this or has this tablet?

Well i got one because my HIpad was broken, (battery pack) and received a brand new Wopad, it looks exactly the same as the HIpad but is different there was a fake 2.2 on it.
because youtube and skype camera did not work. so i thought flash it with the good 2.2 firmware i got before. now it does not start-up anymore..... it shows only the androidbots and does nothing even other firmware on this forum is not working

is there a topic with all firmware available for androids?
