Xoom Family Edition

So, new to this forum, but I have been all over many tablet forums...

What I am looking for is a definitive answer to the ?, is the XFE going to get the ICS update or no?

I have read a few weeks ago that it was a done deal and that we were getting it, however, in the last few days, ppl have been saying that we were no longer getting the update.

Does anyone have an idea of what the story is or when we might expect the update for the XFE wifi?

Just looking for a little help or encouragement...

I'm guessing that with Google about to take over Motorola mobility , there in a holding pattern for now.

According to the motorola website, the family edition will get the ICS upgrade sometime in the 3rd quarter this year.
