Xperia Z2 + Root + Accessories

I keep seeing via social media and on the sony website the BSC10 dock/speaker and the BKC50 case/keyboard accessories for the Xperia Z2 tablet. Yet I don't see anywhere, yet, where I can buy them. Any ideas when they'll be available for purchase?

Also, I know the tablet is still on pre-order but is there any chance of rooting it without unlocking the bootloader?
