I'd suggest you try a factory reset:

If there are no instructions there specifically for your tablet, try some of the methods for other tablets. One of them will probably work and you won't hurt anything by trying

Did factory reset. Tablet is so unstable that it does not stay on the selected menu item. I cannot connect via settings because I cannot complete the password before the screen changes. Is there any way to reload the initial program completely or what else can I do?
