Help: Bricked Coby Kyros MID7016

Hello, I'm new sorry if i don't know what I'm taking about. When i turn on my device i got the Coby logo and stay there. I was in my clockworkmod recovery and accidentally pressed something. Whats bad is I did not back up my files. I did not know how could someone please attach there recovery image to a reply or pm or something. My email is [email protected]

Did you try KTZ? Probably they have a backup or custom firmware for 7016 over there...

Do you have one? the original ROM is that it?

Of course it does, it's the only way to flash a backup firmware on a bricked device...

If you don't know how to do it (it seems you don't) then I suggest that you look for someone who can assist you, as you can make things worse if you flash the wrong files.

now things are starting to clear up for me. the question is is my tablet bricked it goes the the Coby logo and stops.

It it bricked because it won't boot, but it's just a soft brick. If the internals are OK, re-flashing a firmware even stock one should fix it.

Thats what i want to do restore it with the stock rom. the one that has the boot.img data.img and all that. i forgot to backup(well i didn't know how)

And that's why I told you to go to KTZ: probably you will find a backup stock ROM there. I haven't seen any thread about it. If you have searched the forum and didn't find either, then I would start there...

i havn't been able to find one for mid7016 because they don't focus on it as much.it already has gingerbread

I found a STOCK ROM FOR 7016 you just have to change the language to english though anyway if want me to put up a link tell me
