windows7 won't recognize my nook color

after I plug in the USB slot, it keeps on saying "USB device not recognized" in the tray bar :( is there anything I can do about this issue?

it seems the problem happens only at the front USB slots, it worked after I plugged the cable at the back of the PC :)
 
Glad to hear you've got it working now. I've read that the rear slots often provide more power than the front ones do, maybe that's why the rear one worked.:confused:
