A33 Firmware Re-Install

Hello guys . Have a question.
So i have android tablet from china.
And now android stuck on booting.
Keep loading on android screen and nothing happens.

Seller said i need to re-install firmware.
Today he has sent me two .rar files
(One is 368mb and other 14mb)

So how i need to reinstall firmware with these 2 files?

Before attempting that, I'd suggest you try doing a factory reset of the tablet.

If there are no instructions there specifically for your tablet, try some of the methods for other tablets. One of them will probably work and you won't hurt anything by trying.

BTW If that doesn't work, let us know what make and model of tablet you have.

ROM(Storage) 8GB

Camera Rear Camera: 2.0Mp camera
Front Camera: 0.3Mp camera

Hi, can some one please guide me to re-install firmware for my HP 7 G2 tablet?
I made an attempt to root it using iRoot, thought iRoot reported the root is successful and then restart my tablet and now the tablet just stuck at the HP logo. tried different method of factory resetting it and none seems to work which make me think that i have bricked it? is there any thing i can do to make it working again and THAT IS IT!?
Please help

i got same problem. the tablet dont pass the logo, it restarts after a minute or 2.
it's the same specs, board is bm103_v1.1 Insys branded (chinese rebranded)
I cant get to recovery mode, or get it to be recognized by any pc.

can someone help me getting this un-bricked?
