After factory settings no apps

Hi
today I set my FL2 infotmic wwe 10 tu the factory settings and after that I have no more apps. The tablet says no recent applications. What can I do?

As it says before you complete the factory reset, this erases everything including downloaded apps. You will need to reinstall your applications. I would recommend installing Titanium Backup for next time, backs up to the SD card so that you can easily restore your apps.

how can I install now the apps? I have only a black screen. Should I put them on the sd card? But how can I open then the sd card?
