Best Task Manager App for Android

I am newbie here, also newbie with Android tablet (Samsung Galaxy tab)

Perhaps you can inform me with best task manager app or agenda manager that is suitable with my phone?

I can't buy app from Android Market, so I have to get totally free version, not the trial one.

Any suggestion?
