broken screen replacement? anyone have any luck?

daughter dropped the gentouch this evening and broke the screen. anyone ever have any success with getting in touch with augen or in getting the screen replaced? any other options besides augen?

My niece broke her tablet touchscreen. I replaced it for her and found the process quite easy. It was a little difficult to find a supplier but I found a cheap and quick one eventually.
