connecting zeki to computer

anyone have this problem. everytime i connect zeki to computer it says installing drivers but i loose the connection to the computer. It seems to connect, then disconnect, then connect again, and repeat.

Have you tried it on another computer or OS? You will probably be able to exchange it easily for another one if it has a problem.

I tried to connect mine to my netbook (ASUS running Win7HP). It loaded all the drivers except... it said there was no driver for Android. So the tablet is connected but not recognized; in fact, my netbook does not recognize the microSD card installed in my tablet.

It could be your adapter tip. I have the same problem with my phone when I attach it to my netbook. The tip can lose the connection when moved.
