Does anyone know how to get my email address book contacts transferred from my Dell Desktop to my Asus Transformer Prime?

Assuming you're using Outlook? Do a search for GoContactSync or Outlook4Gmail to sync your contacts to G-Mail. They will appear on your People app.

Remember that Android is a Google product. If you have Googles gmail should be able to help you sync.

What are you using, Outlook, Outlook Express, Windows Live Mail?

If you want OTA sync, you can do what lee suggested. If not with any of them you can export as .vcf files and put them on the internal memory of your TF and import in the People app.

Another option is to export as a .csv file. Then go to gmail and import the file there and it will sync up with your People app through your Google account.
