I'm using CWM for 4.1.1 (6.0.1.9d) and I don't have external sd.

I just did a Nandroid backup to the internal memory,
installed a new rom but I don't like it, so I decided to restore my old backup..
in the CWM interface after I choose restore it just says "couldn't open directory." and "No files found."

Please help me on this.

Try the newer 6.0.2.8a version of CWM. It understands the new folder structure in Android 4.2.

Thank you, but it doesn't work, I couldn't able to restore my backup or even to flash a MCL0201 rom!

It should find your backups there. Is it just showing the list of backups as empty, or is it giving you an error? When you say you couldn't flash MCL0201, what error did that give you?

the size of backup folder that named e.g 05.04.2013 is very small about 1mb(I've deleted it) and the other folder called blobs it's about 1.5 gb.
as I'm trying to restore the backup it tells me "couldn't open directory." and "No files found."
and If I try to install the rom it tells me the installation aborted.

Before you get yourself in real mess what ROM are you trying to flash? Looks like you deleted the nandroid back up, the old recovery placed the nandroid file and a blob file that would restore your system. Do you still have a working ROM that boots?
If its my slimrom I could be a bad upload? Although no one has made any remarks

Could you check the contents of /cache/recovery/last_log ? It should have more detail as to where the installation is failing.

No it's ok, I re-flashed 6.0.1.9d recovery then installed A2109A_MCL0201 and it works fine.
and the cache folder inside phone internal storage is empty.

Are backup and restore functoins will work if I install another rom in the future?
and (/sdcard/0/ ) is it becaus jb 4.2.2 rom so I shouldn't install it ?

Thank you for your time.

Glad to hear you're back in business. I'm still curious why 6.0.2.8a didn't work properly for you, but oh well.

So what has probably happened is the new recovery does not understand the old recovery nandroid format. Reflash the new recovery and do a nandroid that way your nandroid will be understood by the new recovery
